Bottle Description
A 19 year old single malt from Auchentoshan Distillery which was bottled for The Scottish Malt Whisky Society.
Distilled in January 2003 and left to mature for 19 years in a 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel.
One of only 197 bottles produced, this is titled "Golden Autumn Harvest".
Distillery Information
The name Auchentoshan is from Gaelic Achadh an Oisein and translates as "corner of the field".
Unusually for a Scottish distillery, Auchentoshan practices triple distillation and, in addition to an unpeated malt, gives a more delicate and sweet flavour than other Scotch whiskies.

It is important to note that should an outer box be provided, it will be photographed and shown regardless of the condition. If there is not an image of an outer box, this means it is absent and will not be provided.
All lots can have insurance against breakage or loss during transit added at an additional cost. This is available to add at the checkout at a cost of 4% of the hammer price. Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of the liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against leakage in transit.

How much does it cost to buy a lot during auction?
The successful bidder will be charged the following fees:
Buyer Commission – 10% of final winning bid, known as hammer price.
Delivery – Costs for delivery will depend on shipping address and size/weight of
package. See Shipping & Insurance for more information.
Please note that VAT (currently 20%) will be added to all costs for UK-based buyers. Those out with the UK will not be charged VAT however it may be applicable for the country to which the package is being shipped.
When is payment due for bottles I have won?
Payment should be made immediately after an auction has ended. We will allow up to 72 hours from auction end to make payment in full. If you haven’t paid for your won items within 72 hours, you will be charged a late payment fee which is 4% of the full outstanding balance.
How quickly will I receive my winning lot?
At the checkout, you will see the delivery charge and the estimated transit time. Every order will be shipped via a trackable courier service and a tracking number will be provided to you. To avoid any disappointment, please make sure that we can ship to your country prior to bidding in an auction.
