Bottle Description

The Laddie Valinch releases are single cask bottlings which are exclusively from the distillery. Valinchs are by definition only ever at cask strength, from a single barrel and selected for their individuality

This Valinch was released in honour of distilling legend, Jim McEwan. Distilled in 1992 and matured in a fino sherry cask and being bottled at 23 years old.

Bruichladdich was built in 1881 on the shore of Loch Indaal, on the Rinns of Islay, which is the westernmost part of the island. The distillery now has three product lines; Bruichladdich which is unpeated, heavily peated Port Charlotte and ultra-heavily peated Octomore.

Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of the liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against leakage in transit.
